Featuring conductor Esa-Pekka Salonen, broadcaster Sara Mohr-Pietsch, director Peter Sellars and choreographer Akram Khan, among others. Shot on location in Finland in collaboration with Sibelius 150, I took legendary musician Vladimir Ashkenazy to uncover the life and soul of the music of composer Jean Sibelius.

Shot on location in Poland, we travelled with conductor Esa-Pekka Salonen and the late composer, Steven Stucky, to uncover the life of composer Witold Lutosławski. Originally conceived as 4 films, we later pulled them together as one. Produced in collaboration with Lutosławski 100.
